They are predominantly red because they are inspired by the volcanic lava of the Stromboli volcano in the Aeolian Islands in Sicily.

This bowl was gorgeous. It arrived very well packaged, but broken? It was the last one. The owner worked with me to try to find a different item, but I really wanted this hard to find bowl. She refunded me and will have more available in April. I will definitely buy another when it is available. It does take a bit to get from Italy.
